Nikiah Seeds is a trained and experienced childbirth educator and certified Birthing From Within mentor who has been supporting birthing families in Vancouver since 1996. 

Nikiah also has a diverse background in natural healing. She has worked as a Certified Herbalist, Reflexologist, Nutritional Consultant, and Birth Doula, sharing her skills with birthing families and others. Nikiah now draws upon this same knowledge to enhance the experience of pregnant women and their families in her 'Birthing from Within' prenatal classes.

Nikiah lives in Vancouver B.C with her husband and two wonderful children.
